Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to accessible digital experiences.
Last updated: September 16, 2026 · Statement reviewed at least annually
Accessibility is core to who VENU+ is. On the ground, our business helps every guest enjoy a full day — from ECVs and wheelchairs to strollers and accessible storage. We hold our digital experiences to the same standard: venuplus.com and its regional versions (the “Site”) should be usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
1. Conformance target
We aim for the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The Site is currently partially conformant: most content meets the standard, and we are actively working to identify and resolve the portions that do not yet.
2. Measures we take
- Accessibility is part of our design and development process, not an afterthought — new pages and features are built against WCAG success criteria.
- Semantic HTML structure with meaningful headings, landmarks and link text.
- Color palettes checked for sufficient contrast, with information never conveyed by color alone.
- Keyboard operability for interactive elements, with visible focus states.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Video players with standard controls; captions or transcripts are provided or in progress for narrated media.
- Support for browser zoom up to 200% and for reduced-motion preferences.
- Periodic audits combining automated checks with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing (including VoiceOver and NVDA).
3. Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari) on desktop and mobile, in combination with common assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers and speech-input software. The Site relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet our target standard, including:
- content embedded from third parties (for example video players and our external digital catalog viewer), which we do not fully control;
- some downloadable documents, such as older product spec sheets in PDF format, which are being remediated or replaced over time;
- recently added regional-language pages, which are undergoing the same review as our English pages.
If any of these prevent you from getting the information you need, contact us and we will provide the content in an accessible form.
5. Feedback and assistance
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter a barrier, have difficulty using any part of the Site, or would like information in an alternative format, please contact us:
- Email: InternationalSales@VENUplus.com (subject line “Accessibility”)
- Phone: +1 800 385 4973
- Mail: VENUplus Inc., 200 W. Sand Lake Road, Suite 800, Orlando, Florida 32809, USA
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as practicable.
6. Assessment
This statement is based on self-evaluation of the Site using a combination of automated testing tools and manual expert review. It was last reviewed on the date above and is reviewed at least annually and whenever significant changes are made to the Site.
